17 weeks

Well we just had our 17 week appointment, and our first with the birthing center we are using. We heard the heartbeat, and again I forgot to record it, but in three to four weeks I hope to have the ultrasounds video posted for you all ( both of you ) to see. The heartbeat was nice and loud, and very strong. The Mid-wife said, My wife should be able to feel the baby move soon, and that with a heartbeat like that it will be a mover for sure. So that put a gigantic smile on my face as well as my wifes. Nursery room update, We now have all the major pieces of furniture in the house, and this weekend we plan on getting the final bit of stuff out of the room to start painting and to start putting stuff together. My wife is very eager to start getting this nursery going and done. I believe they call this the nesting period of the pregnancy, I have noticed more laundry being done as well........ Well thats all for now, I will keep you updated on the progress this weekend. Stay Tuned.

Also I have two other cousins that are also expecting little ones soon, and we have ( more me right now ) decided to start up a podcast called " Three Dads " so check it out. As of now we do not have any recordings up yet, I am waiting for my new mic to come in.

If it feels like gas, its probably the baby......

Well we are 16 weeks into our pregnancy, and things are going very well. We have made a good start on the nursery, and hope to start posting pics on here soon. Wife is slowly starting to show, and I can't seem to keep my hands off her belly. I also tend to just lay there with my head on her belly to hear the baby move. Not really enough movement for her to feel, but I can tell there is something there. Well I think I have embarrassed myself, so I will go for now, and keep you up to date on the following weeks.
